Xurrent – Latest Addition to Our Suite of Products

Introducing the latest addition to our suite of ITSM solutions!

We are excited to let everyone know that we’ve added another ITSM solution to our list! We already work with BMC Helix ITSM products (Helix ITSM, Footprints, Remedyforce) and with the Atlassian ITSM products (Jira Service Management) – but now we also sell and implement the Xurrent ITSM solution.

Xurrent is a best-in-class SaaS ITSM platform that helps service desk teams resolve issues faster, meet ITIL standards, and scale with confidence. As part of the Xurrent ITxM platform, it connects ITSM with incident response and service visibility, so teams collaborate around the same reality, not disconnected tickets.

As I’ve been learning the product, these points have popped to the top of my list:

  • The emphasis on a Service Catalog – Services drive everything; even if the catalog is simple, it needs to be there.
  • The architecture – built around a central Domain Account with Support Domain Accounts related to the Domain Account directly or indirectly; this makes it relatively simple to segregate data when needed and to build trust relationships when needed (and, of course, organizations can have multiple Domain Accounts).
  • Rapid development – new features are pushed out every week.
  • Performance – the software is fast.
