Many customers in the USA would like the option to access the USER’S folder using Direct Access. By default this is not allowed. There is a simple method to enable this feature by following the steps in the following article published as a KB article on Communities:

This does provide the administrator to select those devices that they would like direct access to those files and folders and NOT allow access to those devices where access to those files should not be allowed.
