RightStar’s Implementation Methodology

RightStar’s implementation methodology was developed in order to shorten the implementation process and streamline the delivery of services. RightStar’s best practice, prescriptive approach for implementing IT service management is based on our experience of 15 years and more than 800 successful projects. Most of RightStar’s engagements follow this proven project lifecycle. Although the tasks and sub-tasks vary depending on the project, the phases, activities and primary deliverables remain the same.
